Exterior Painting
Your home/business is your greatest investment and at BLT Home Services we take every precaution to ensure a quality paint job. We use only the finest material available to make your house/business look rejuvenated.
POWERWASHING
We wash all surfaces of the house to be painted with a Bio-friendly cleaner to prepare the surfaces for painting.
WOOD REPAIR AND CARPENTRY
Upon time of the estimate we will include cost of repairing rotted boards by either replacing the entire board or piecing it in as required. If we find additional wood to be replaced it will be brought to the customers attention first before any further repairs are done.
PAINTING
Apply a finish coat of paint to all surfaces agreed upon.
- Paint is applied with a roller, brush, or sprayed depending on the surface.
- Additional coats applied as needed.
CLEAN-UP
- Site cleaned up daily and upon completion of job.
- Garbage is removed, left over paint is labeled and left for the customer.
Inspection
- BLT Home Services foreman will conduct a site inspection to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction.
- Walk around around house/business with the owner.
Deck Restoration
We can restore your deck and give it a new look without having to replace it.
